Hi! I am Catalina, openXchange’s Resident Researcher and Policy Writer.

I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in International Relations and have double minors in Marketing and Spanish & Latin American Studies. I am passionate about working collaboratively and thrive in cross-functional teams. In my free time, I enjoy playing sudoku and reading historical and political non-fiction.

As an openXchange Enabler, I assist with the research and writing of our Risk and Compliance policies and documentation, as well as our democratised knowledge centre.

I joined openXchange as I value community, collaboration, and learning, and am looking to help make a difference in the Governance, Risk and Compliance world. I connect with the values of community, collaboration, and contribution that openXchange is founded upon, and contribute to our democratised knowledge centre in the research, writing, and development of policies and documentation for the Risk and Compliance industry.
