As the founder of Cultivare, May brings over two decades of strategic and operational HR expertise specialising in risk and organisational cultural transformations. With an academic background in psychology May combines a theoretical analysis with a real world approach to data interpretation that helps evaluate culture progress and change.
May has led risk and organisational culture projects in highly regulated environments including the design and reporting of the APRA industry risk culture survey, the casino culture remission survey following the 2021 Royal Commission and internationally she led the culture development project for Singapore’s largest hospital network. Linking the experience of a highly regarded in-house HR Director and an organisational culture specialist, May offers practical solutions to suit organisational needs, regardless of size or industry.
May is qualified with a Masters in Organisational Psychology (London) and completed undergraduate studies at Monash University (Melbourne). May is a MCIPD and MBBPs professional member.
